About International Model United Nations

IMUN stands for International Model United Nations, a platform that simulates the workings of the United Nations. It brings together students and young professionals from around the world to discuss and debate pressing global issues, just like in actual UN sessions. Participants, known as "delegates," represent different countries, research global issues, and engage in diplomacy, negotiation, and decision-making. International MUN is recognized by the United Nations & has hosted MUN conferences in 5 different countries in the last 3 years i.e in Thailand, Vietnam, Egypt, China & Malaysia. Next IMUN conferences in 2024 are scheduled in the Philippines, Indonesia, and South Korea. Also, IMUN has been sponsored and supported by the United Nations specialized organizations like UNDP, UNESCO, IOM as well as by The Australian Embassy in Vietnam & Thailand.
